New Works Weekly Quilt Series In 2007, my new year's resolution was to do more art each week, which became a series of weekly art quilts that are 6 inches square. In 2008, I have started a new weekly quilt series, each still 6x6 inches, based on a theme which changed each month. In 2009, I am keeping up with making Weekly Quilts, but have changed the size to 8 x 5 inches, landscape orientation. I will still change the theme each month. I hope you enjoy! January 2009's theme was "Japanese Culture"
February's theme was "Broken Hearts"- an embroidery project on old cutter quilt pieces.
March's theme is "Historic Ladies Collage"
April's theme was "Recycled Materials"
May's theme was "Shape and Perspective"
June's theme was "Unusual Animals"
July's theme was "Unusual Fruit"
August's theme was "The Art of Fabric Manipulation"
